These Baked Brie and Cranberry Bites will be the only reason you get invited back to Friendsgiving every single year. Flaky, golden pastry filled with gooey brie and a burst of tart cranberry — they look like a total labor of love, but they’re secretly so quick and easy to make. A little sweet, a little savory, and completely gone within minutes.
Ingredients
-
1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
-
1 (8-ounce) wheel brie, cut into 1” pieces
-
½ cup cranberry sauce
-
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves
-
Hot honey, for garnish
-
Flaky sea salt, for garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Roll out puff pastry and cut into 20 (2-inch) squares. Place each square inside the well of a mini muffin tin. Add brie, a teaspoon of cranberry sauce and a few rosemary leaves.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes until brie is bubbly and puff pastry is golden brown. Drizzle with hot honey and sprinkle with flaky sea salt before serving.
