Ingredients

@clairesaffitz focaccia dough recipe
6 garlic cloves minced 
1/2 white onion, chopped 
1 tsp dried red pepper flakes
1 tsp kosher salt 
1 can crushed tomato
Pepperoni 
Soppressata 
Extra virgin olive oil 
 

Directions

  • Generously drizzle olive oil into a large baking sheet, then add your focaccia dough.

  • Let the dough rest for 15 minutes. After resting, dimple the focaccia dough. 

  • In a large bowl, mix the crushed tomatoes, garlic, onion, red pepper flakes, and salt together.

  • Top the focaccia with the tomato sauce mixture, pepperoni, and soppressata.

  • Bake at 450 F for 20-25 minutes.

  • Top with olive oil and more red pepper flakes.
