Ingredients
1 cucumber, sliced
Pinch of salt
Juice of 1 lemon
¼ red onion, sliced
¼ cup chopped cilantro
2-3 tbsp Laoganma
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
Directions
Prepare ingredients by slicing the cucumber, red onion, and chopping the cilantro.
Combine the sliced cucumbers, salt, and lemon juice in a container with a fitted lid. Shake the container well to mix.
Add the sliced red onion, chopped cilantro, Laoganma, rice vinegar, and soy sauce to the container.
Shake the container again to combine all the ingredients. Let the mixture sit in the fridge for 15 minutes or overnight.
