Ingredients

1 cucumber, sliced 
Pinch of salt 
Juice of 1 lemon 
¼ red onion, sliced
¼ cup chopped cilantro
2-3 tbsp Laoganma
2 tbsp rice vinegar 
2 tbsp soy sauce 

Directions

  • Prepare ingredients by slicing the cucumber, red onion, and chopping the cilantro.

  • Combine the sliced cucumbers, salt, and lemon juice in a container with a fitted lid. Shake the container well to mix.

  • Add the sliced red onion, chopped cilantro, Laoganma, rice vinegar, and soy sauce to the container.

  • Shake the container again to combine all the ingredients. Let the mixture sit in the fridge for 15 minutes or overnight.
