½ tbsp butterfly pea tea (steeped in ¼ cup water)
Crushed ice
8 oz vodka
1.5 lemons juiced
½ liter tonic water
8 oz sparkling water
Blood orange slices, mint, edible flowers for garnish


  • Steep the butterfly pea tea in the hot water.

  • Fill a pitcher with ice and add the vodka, lemon juice, tonic water and sparkling water. Stir to mix.

  • Divide into 4 glasses and top each with butterfly pea tea. Stir to combine.

  • Garnish each glass with blood orange slices, mint and edible flowers.
