6 ounces Ritual Non-Alcoholic Rum
3 ounces fresh lime juice
3 ounces honey syrup (see note)
12 ounces Leitz Eins Zwei Zero sparkling wine
Lime wedges to garnish

Note: To make honey syrup, combine 4 ounces honey and 2 ounces warm water in a bowl and whisk until blended. 


  • Fill a pitcher with ice cubes and add the rum, lime juice and honey syrup.

  • Stir until chilled. 

  • Strain into 4 glasses and top each with 3 ounces sparkling wine.

  • Garnish each glass with a lime wedge.
