Better than plastic! Finally
I cannot even count the number of cutting boards I have cycled through over the years. Plastic was the first to go for the obvious reason—microplastics. A beautiful wooden one came next, but no matter how much I scrubbed, I never felt it was truly clean. Then I tried metal. It looked chic, yes, but the grating sound of a knife against steel made it unbearable. I even bought more wood, this time bamboo, each promising to be different, yet none delivered.
