Sweet, juicy puréed mango meets cooling fresh mint, hydrating coconut water, and a bright boost of lemon-lime electrolytes for the ultimate summer refresher. Ingredients:

  • 1 medium Champagne mango, peeled, seed removed, chopped

  • 2 limes

  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

  • 1 cup coconut water

  • 1 cup cold water 

  • 1 packet lemon-lime electrolyte power

  • Ice



     

Directions:

  • In a wide-mouthed glass jar, add chopped mango and juice from 1 lime. Use an immersion blender to blend until smooth.

  • In a 32-ounce deli container, add mint leaves and remaining lime, thinly sliced. Use the bottom of a wooden spoon or a drink muddler to mash. Add 2 tablespoons mango-lime puree, coconut water, cold water and electrolyte powder. Seal with a lid and shake well.

  • Add ice before serving.
