Cuts like a Surgical Scalpel
I bought these for my parents because, as they age, they prefer to cut their meat with less effort and more precision. They find the handles comfortable and easy to grip, but I am sure you could also develop a line for arthritic hands.

I love the willow knifes
I love the steak knifes I never had a set and these are perfect they are not to heavy or awkward. I love the material sharpener works perfectly. I love the colors and get a lot of compliments.
