Returns & Exchanges

We love our products and hope you do too. If for some reason you aren’t happy with them, we offer easy returns and exchanges on most of our products within 30 days of delivery via our online portal: https://material.loopreturns.com/#/.

Refund requests that exceed $101.00 USD are subject to a $9.95 return fee. This does not apply to store credit or exchanges. 'MK Finds' vendors set their own shipping fees separate from us.

A select number of products on our site are final sale. Items marked final sale are not returnable. 

Please note that MK Finds products are fulfilled by our brand partners and are subject to each vendor's individual return and exchange policy. Because of this, MK Finds purchases cannot be processed through our automated return portal. To initiate a return or exchange for an MK Finds item, please contact the vendor directly using the information provided with your order. If you need assistance, a member of the Material Kitchen team is always happy to help facilitate the process.

Refunds
