Returns & Exchanges

We love our products and hope you do too. If for some reason you aren’t happy with them, we offer easy returns and exchanges on most of our products within 30 days of delivery via our online portal: https://material.loopreturns.com/#/. 

Refund requests that exceed $101.00 USD are subject to a $9.95 return fee. This does not apply to store credit or exchanges.

A select number of products on our site are final sale. Items marked final sale are not returnable.

Refunds
